The limited edition Johnnie Walker Ghost and Rare series explores the character of exceptional and rare whiskies from one of the world’s most famous Grain Whisky distilleries, the Glasgow ghost distillery of Port Dundas. “Port Dundas was, in its day, one of the finest Grain Whisky distilleries in the world and the rare expressions that we have chosen from our reserves are some of the most distinctive it has ever produced — their slow maturation allowing their sweet and delicate Grain character to blossom,” said Dr. Emma Walker — Johnnie Walker Master Blender. Each release offers an opportunity to savour aged-whiskies from long-closed ghost distilleries.

Tasting Notes
Amber in colour, the whiskey opens with creamy, woody notes from Port Dundas embracing the vanilla and soft smoke from the ghost whiskies of Cambus, and original stocks of Brora. It finishes with a hint of red berries and a lingering wisp of smoke.

NFT and Digital Art
If you happen to be one of the first few to get your hands on this rare whisky from Johnnie Walker, you will also be exclusively airdropped with a limited-edition artwork NFT by world-renowned digital AI artist and photographer Ivona Tau.
Going a step further, the beauty of the bottle is enhanced by digital art. This limited-edition digital art visualizes the vital element and force of water and takes inspiration from the ghost distillery and forgotten liquids of the illustrious Port Dundas Scotch Whisky. The artwork animation consisted of multi-staged AI to morph various image concepts related to water flow.
While this edition of the Johnnie Walker Blue Label Ghost and Rare Port Dundas carries no age statement, the whisky-makers have carefully selected the whiskies when they reach optimal maturation.
A great investment for whiskey lovers worldwide to get their hands on an individual, great-tasting limited-edition bottle. The new NFT edition to the outstanding Johnnie Walker Blue Label Ghost and Rare series is exclusively available on Block Bar for $775.
